Our client is a leading international BPO based in Egypt. Due to the continuous growth and development they are now expanding their Multilingual Customer Service Team.
The Role – Customer Service:
Answering customer calls and enquires for a major travel company handling: • Online booking • Hotel reservations • Airlines ticketing • In-bound sales • Customer service/order changes
Requirements:
• Native Arabic speaker • Fluency in Spanish language (written and spoken) • 0-3 years of customer service, sales or call center experience • Previous experience in travel industry an advantage
