As a leading international BPO and due to the continuous growth and development, my client, currently based in Egypt, is now expanding its multilingual customer Service Team. Customer Service agents will work for the Travel industry. Would you like to work for an international company in a multicultural environment?
As a Spanish speaking customer service agent, your tasks will be :
• Online booking • Hotel reservations • Airlines ticketing • In-bound sales • Customer service/order changes • Answer customer calls and enquires for a major travel company handling:
Skills - Candidate profile:
• Native Arabic speaker • Fluency in Spanish • 0-3 years of customer service, call-center and sales experience • Previous experience in travel industry an advantage • Knowledge of GDS systems such as “Gallelio, Travelport, Worldspan, Amadeus and Sabre” will qualify applicants for senior roles (Team Managers or Senior Agents)
