- Support the Product Manager in implementing the over all Auto Loan strategy and annual plan to achieve targeted sales & revenue figures. - Develop & implement strategies & marketing initiatives to grow portfolio & gain market leadership. - Support development & acquisition strategies of direct sales & branch & alternate channels for acquiring & cross-selling. - Responsible for Dealer tie ups & agreements in coordination with Retail Risk & Sales. - Increase portfolio size & quality to focused product sales & retention leading to improved portfolio profitability & earnings. - Timely & effective roll out of marketing communications & promotions. - Providing qualitative and quantitative portfolio & sales performance to identify specific issues/ gaps fix unprofitable products & develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities. - Strong knowledge of credit underwriting techniques & risk analysis.(qualitative, analytical & scoring based) - Strong analytical skills & experience with banking systems. - Strong understanding of profitability drivers & market development across the various products life cycle stages. - Familiarity with bank’s operation, sales & support environments and a strong customer focus. - Over 2-3 years of related banking & finance experience incorporating marketing, analysis & leadership responsibilities.
