As Spanish speaking Call Centre Agent, your duties will include the below:
Online booking Hotel reservations Airlines ticketing In-bound sales Customer service/order changes Answer customer calls and enquires for a major travel company handling:
To apply for this role you will need the following skills:
Native Arabic speaker Fluency in Spanish 0-2 years of customer service, call-center and sales experience Previous experience in travel industry an advantage Knowledge of GDS systems such as Galileo, Travelport, Worldspan, Amadeus and Sabre will qualify applicants for senior roles (Team Managers or Senior Agents)
