As a IT Manager, your tasks will be :
• Managing a multilingual Team • Assist the IT regional manager in assessing and auditing responses and completing quality response • Take ownership to ensure closure for all issues which cannot be resolved whilst dealing with the customer/Assisting product specialists to find resolutions
Skills - Candidate profile:
• Native Arabic speaker • Good knowledge of English • 6 to 10 years of experience in the IT field preferably in the call centers industry. • Majoring in the engineering – communication • Solid knowledge in the telecommunication field.
