Sample and measure/assess product from the Production floor, and Materials according to existing rules and standards. Carry out relevant analysis, evaluate and report data to Manager Laboratory. Perform/collect samples according to existing rules, methods and procedures. 2. Measure and assess the physical/analytical/visual parameters of samples in accordance with the QA procedures and methods of analysis. 3. Adhere to all GMP and SSE rules, policies and procedures. 4. Participate in Special Project teams to improve factory performance. 5. Enter QA measurement data into Lab reporting system, prepare written reports and provide first level evaluation. 6. Identify quality problems, develop and recommend solutions to quality problems and follow up to ensure they have solved effectively. 7. Perform routine maintenance and daily calibration checks on QA instruments. 8. Provide quality-related training for factory personnel. 9 .Ensure effective Quality, S&E systems within a scope of the position's responsibility . 10 . Ensures that all quality ( HACCP,GMP) and safety regulations are in place ,monitored,and followed by corrective actions . Support S&E programs and reinforce safe behaviour of manufacturing team members. Act as safety leader in the section.
